Title: why is CSS not working?

Please when I test my site offline it works fine, but when I upload it online without making any changes to the directories the CSS does not work...

I guess the external style's rules are not loading because using developer tool I saw that the rules in all the stylesheets are zero only inline rules appeared. Please what do i do? Thanks in advance.

Fixed it. I used css validator and saw that the css file permission was in forbidden. Changed the permission and it worked fine.. Thanks

Having the same issue, 3 hour wiped put because i thought autosave was activated. When it happent, i went in option and it was in fact ser to true, but not working.
