how to bring joomla to hosting server

i have followed the procedures, but its not working. write out the procedures, let me see if i made a mistake somewhere.

Perfect Visual:
Bring your joomla to desktop, create folder, unzip it to new folder you created.
Then, copy the folder to  Mycomputer > Localdisk > Wamp > www

That is put your unzip folder of joomla to WWW

Then on your wamp server, go to local host you will see it there.

NOTE: DON’T PUT UNZIP ONE YOU WON’T SEE IT WHEN YOU GO TO LOCALHOST.
