in my domain there is not webhost manager, please help to check it.

Your hosting account has been created, and all the details forwarded to you. From there you can login to your control panel to do any thing you want. Eg upload a site, create email, set up data base, install scripts and so on.
Hosting manager comes in when you order for our reselling package, which allows you to create hosting acount for your client.

Do you mean extracting to your webhosting account? if yes, you should extract to public_html
