Title: How to verify my sites on google and yahoo webmasters
Post by: Jonah on: Helo, I will want to know how to verify my sites on the above mentioned search engines. Thanks

Post by: Perfect Visual on: Go to google webmaster tool and download the html page to your desktop.

Login into your cpanel, click file manager and click ok. When it opens, click on public_html, when it opens, click on upload file, then it will open in a different window, when that opens, browse the google html page you downloaded, then allow it to upload(which will take about 10 seconds)
Then go to google webmaster tool and and click verify link, google will then verify that you own the site. That is all.

Post by: Perfect Visual on: You upload the html file to the folder you installed your blog, and go to google and click verify, you don't have to keep your files or screen open.
